How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
We source high-quality Arabica beans and roast them in small batches. All coffee bags are heat-sealed with one-way degassing valves to ensure peak freshness from our roastery to your doorstep.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, with free shipping available on orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return coffee products if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer a subscription service for regular deliveries?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and set a delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) to save 10% on every order and never run out of your favorite brew.
Are Ellianos Coffee gift cards available for online use?
Digital gift cards purchased through our website are valid for online merchandise and coffee bean purchases. Please note that physical store gift cards may vary by location.
