Please note that perishable items like brewed coffee and fresh pastries are generally non-returnable but are eligible for quality-based credits.

Provide Proof of Purchase
Present your digital or printed receipt along with a photo of the item if it was damaged during delivery or shipping.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a refund, store credit, or product exchange.
Receive Resolution
